Client work is primarily remote/virtual and includes: Financial Planning, Analysis, and Modeling, Valuations & Capital Raising, Financial, Commercial & Operational Due Diligence, Competitive Strategy, Buy-Side & Sell-Side Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Fractional CFO & Executive (or Interim) Leadership, Operations Performance Improvement, Turnaround & Restructuring, Growth Strategy, Post-Merger Integration.

Role Overview :

Our growing boutique consulting firm, Synergy Management Group, is seeking a Managing Director to assist with engagement execution, supervision and management.

Candidates should have 10+ years of senior-level experience at top-tier firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, Blackstone, KKR, Carlyle, Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, Accel, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley).

The Managing Director will be expected to assist with closing new client prospects, managing/supervising resulting engagements, and executing projects as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities :

• Consulting Client engagement execution/implementation, management, supervision, and client relationship management.
• Business Development support, as appropriate

Compensation :

• Compensation for project management and execution of closed engagements will range from $125 to $400+ per hour.

Relevant Experience :

• Management consulting engagement execution/implementation, supervision, business development and relationship management at top-tier or boutique firms
• Senior-level investment banking experience at bulge bracket firms
• Senior-level private equity and venture capital experience at top-tier funds
• Successful entrepreneurs who have built and exited 1+ ventures
• Operating partners at PE funds
• Operating and management executives across industry verticals
• Strategy consultants from top-tier consulting firms
• Extensive experience in building and managing successful management consulting teams
• Knowledge of and relationships within the institutional investor (PE/VC) ecosystem
