• Maintain and expand customer relationships to drive growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts.
• Develop and execute direct mail campaigns to reach target audiences.
• Educate clients on new services and ensure they are fully informed about campaign strategies and performance.
• Build and maintain marketing reports to track campaign performance and ROI.
• Ensure all campaigns are free of grammar errors or design glitches.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.

Qualifications:

• To qualify for the position of Direct Mail Account Manager in San Diego, CA, US, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
