The General Manager role will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of a marketing agency that services clients in the F&B industry.

Position Overview

A leading food and beverage marketing agency in Hawaii is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and lead a high-performing team. This agency specializes in strategic consulting, marketing, public relations, digital campaigns, and brand development for restaurants, grocery chains, packaged goods, farms, and co-ops across Hawaii and the Pacific region. The General Manager will ensure operational excellence and foster strong client relationships while contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the agency’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality client service.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the agency’s market presence and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budget management and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing, creative, and client service professionals.
  • Drive business development efforts, including identifying and securing new clients.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, drive business growth, and oversee agency operations.
