Position: Marketing and Data Assistant

Location: Las Vegas, NV (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

As a Marketing and Data Assistant, you will play a key role in our digital marketing functions. You will manage LinkedIn activity, data entry, and assist with other administrative function. Your role will be critical in supporting our marketing team and ensuring we reach our targets effectively.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage and monitor LinkedIn activity, primarily responses and conversations.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain data integrity in Salesforce.
• Update marketing materials, create content, and schedule as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall department goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other contacts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
