Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is essential in driving successful consumer product launches and crafting impactful marketing materials. In this role, you will leverage creativity and strategic thinking to identify market opportunities, develop compelling product narratives, and lead the execution of omni-channel marketing strategies. You will manage the creation of marketing decks, oversee social marketing initiatives, write persuasive copy, and navigate the creative and manufacturing processes to ensure timely market readiness. Your expertise will be vital in aligning marketing efforts with business objectives and enhancing product visibility across Bath, Laundry, Kitchen, and Pet categories.

As a strategic marketer, you will collaborate closely with brand partners, product development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive cohesive CPG marketing strategies. Your role involves overseeing marketing materials from concept to execution, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. Your ability to innovate and grow social marketing efforts will play a key role in driving product awareness and fostering engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to pinpoint product white spaces and growth opportunities. Apply insights to shape marketing strategies across Bath, Laundry, Kitchen, and Pet categories.
  • Develop and communicate engaging consumer product narratives that resonate with target audiences. Articulate a clear vision for each product launch, presenting it effectively to internal teams and brand partners.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing presentations for consumer product launches, ensuring they convey product value propositions and strategic objectives. Ensure decks are engaging, data-driven, and align with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with product teams to craft and refine messaging for in-store displays, promotional materials, and point-of-sale items. Ensure consistent messaging across all sales channels.
  • Create and manage copy for consumer product packaging, online retail listings, and website content. Ensure all copy is clear, persuasive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Formulate and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage consumers. Manage social marketing campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis to enhance product visibility.
  • Lead the creation of digital marketing materials and content for online platforms. Collaborate with creative team to optimize product visibility and engagement.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the CPG creative and manufacturing processes, including timelines for go-to-market and retail readiness. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective product launches.
  • Coordinate with brand partners, product development teams, sales staff, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies. Foster effective communication and collaboration to address challenges and drive success.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
  • Proven track record with examples in creating marketing decks, managing social marketing efforts.
  • First-rate project management skills, including organization, planning, collaboration, and execution.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Expertise in social marketing, copywriting, and digital content creation.
