  • Contract Duration: 10-months
  • Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI | hybrid
  • Compensation: $38-43/hr
  • Required: Professional experience in the health insurance industry.
  • Project Overview: Projects will support B2C and B2B awareness of health insurance company in key markets to support growth.

What you will do as a Marketing Project Manager:

  • Set up and manage project schedules using Robohead workflow tool.
  • Oversee daily task management in Robohead, ensuring projects are on track.
  • Route projects for review and approval by stakeholders.
  • Release projects for production and distribution, ensuring timely delivery to market.
  • Facilitate weekly status meetings and create status reports for stakeholders.
  • Report project progress to stakeholders, resolve roadblocks, and propose solutions for any projects off-track.
  • Coordinate “forward planning” meetings with business partners to prioritize upcoming work and identify potential bottlenecks.

What you will bring to the Marketing Project Manager role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Required: Professional experience in the health insurance industry.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management or a related role, experience in product marketing preferred.
  • Proven ability to successfully drive complex marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Experience managing multiple deliverables with varying timelines.
  • Familiarity with managing projects across all media types, including print and digital.
  • Experience using workflow management software (Robohead preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting timelines and requirements.
  • Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
