Marketing Proposal Coordinator

CES Group Engineers (CES) seeks an experienced Marketing Proposal Coordinator who, in collaboration with our team, can manage the successful creation and delivery of project proposals and other marketing materials to showcase our capabilities to our expanding client base.

Responsibilities:

• Review Request for Proposals (RFP) and/or Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

• Determine proposal requirements and collaborate with CES team (company executives, marketing staff, technical and subject matter experts, and sub‐contractors) to solicit and capture information in order to develop required content

• Coordinate and develop firm information for teaming pursuits with other consultants

• Attend pre‐proposal conferences and site visits when required

• Conduct research on RFP/RFQ technical/functional areas to clarify requirements

• Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviewing, approval and submission

• Match proposal criteria and instructions to the response document

• Manage several proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines

• Proactively research Local, State, and Federal websites, as well as private sources, for proposal opportunities • Proactively refine internal systems and materials to improve efficacy of the proposal process

• Create and edit marketing materials for proposals, meetings, and conferences

• Provide general marketing and business development support

• Provide digital media marketing strategies support

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in preparing written proposals, technical content and/or marketing content

• Ability to demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to demonstrate strong organizational, planning and detail-oriented skills

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt to industry‐specific style guide and comply with RFP/RFQ requirements

• Proficient in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher

• Ability to work independently and in a positive teaming environment involving continued collaboration with staff and clients

• Maintains marketing database

• Experience in managing a marketing project from start to finish

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field

• Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Prior experience with Federal, State, and Local agency proposal requirements a plus

• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment with a variety of technical staff and multiple concurrent deadlines

• Content creation for documents, proposals, presentations, qualifications packages, letters, articles, social media and any other materials required

Salary: $55,000-$75,000 commiserate with experience
