Job Responsibilities:

• Develop administrative guidelines, audience profiles and best practices for Crown hospitality brand social media channels.
• Complete research of social media programs conducted by competing hospitality brands, including posting frequency, hashtag strategy and content review.
• Create messaging guides to be used as a foundation of content development for each hospitality brand.
• Create a high-level content calendar by topic and specific post content for day-to-day activity.

Job Qualifications:

• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Students pursuing a marketing, communications, technical writing or English degree are desired.
• Basic knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Experience with basic image editing and development of B2C social media content is a plus.
• Must have own means of reliable transportation.
