This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL. No hybrid or remote.

We’re looking for dynamic Marketing Specialists who bring talent, curiosity, and passion to any of the core marketing disciplines. This flexible role is ideal for marketers with depth in a specific area (or multiple!)—whether it’s content creation, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, branding, analytics, product marketing, events, or social media. Depending on your focus, responsibilities may include:

• Content Marketing : Write and manage blogs, whitepapers, case studies, or video content.
• Performance Marketing : Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Email & Lifecycle Marketing : Build automated email journeys and nurture campaigns.
• SEO/SEM : Optimize our content and website to grow search visibility.
• Social Media : Manage content calendars, create posts, and grow our brand presence.
• Product Marketing : Develop positioning and messaging that resonates with our customers.
• Event Marketing : Organize virtual or in-person events, webinars, or conferences.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track KPIs, build dashboards, and report on marketing ROI.
• Brand & Creative : Guide or create assets aligned with our visual and verbal identity.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in one or more core areas of marketing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Curious, adaptable, and results-driven
• Experience with tools related to your area of expertise (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, SEMrush, etc.)

Required Skills :

• Experience working in a startup or cross-functional environment
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
• A portfolio or examples of past work (especially for content, social, or design roles)
