The selected candidate may choose to work remote in a home office in the United States, or in our Ann Arbor, Michigan location.

Your Role:

As a Marketing Specialist focused on demand generation, you will lead our growth initiatives, playing a key role in driving business success. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute strategies that attract and convert high-quality leads, directly contributing to our sales pipeline and revenue goals. Your efforts will be essential in expanding our market reach, enhancing customer engagement, and driving sustainable growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Operations and working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our demand generation strategies are aligned, data-driven, and impactful, positioning our company as an industry leader.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, create, and implement demand generation campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Organize, plan and promote marketing events including webinars, virtual events, tradeshows, and other initiatives designed to generate leads and engage prospects.
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, messaging, and creative elements to continually improve effectiveness.
  • Work with website developers to optimize website performance, landing pages, and conversion paths for better lead generation results.
  • Oversee the lead flow through marketing automation systems, ensuring timely follow-up and effective lead nurturing.
  • Evaluate campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, handoff processes, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and manage lead and customer data in our CRM, ensuring data accuracy by eliminating duplicates and filtering out irrelevant leads.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on demand generation in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and external partners.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for testing new ideas and optimizing existing strategies for maximum impact.
  • High level of accuracy in managing data and executing campaigns, with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Awareness of current trends and best practices in demand generation, digital marketing, and the broader industry landscape.
  • Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
  • A strong commitment to achieving measurable outcomes and driving sustainable business growth.
  • Eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.

  • Experience with Zoho CRM.
  • Experience with marketing for software, technology, SaaS.
  • Experience marketing to government and utility organizations.
