About the Role We are seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to join our team at Fountain Life to work as part of an integrated care team including nurses, nutrtitionists, health coaches, care coordinators and led by a longevity physician. The medical assistant will work closely with the physician to support optimal care of our members. This position is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience in a team-based environment while assisting in all aspects of medical practice under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician. This position is responsible for the collection, communication and documentation of accurate patient information/data and maintaining medical records according to regulatory standards and organizational policies and procedures. The medical assistant will provide patient instructions as directed by the physician. Other responsibilities include coordinating requests for information, prescriptions, tests, and procedures and support of lab collection and diagnostics as needed.
