Job Summary:

The Medical Education & Grants Manager is responsible for leading compliant and efficient execution of U.S. and global medical education grant processes. This role supports independent education for healthcare professionals through strategy development, program management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage medical education grant strategy, including gap analysis and funding priorities.
• Review and assess grant requests for strategic fit and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee grants systems, review committees, contracting, and audit readiness.
• Execute live and enduring independent medical education programs (e.g., CME).
• Track and report on grant status, outcomes, metrics, and budgets.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and forecasting.
• Train internal teams on data systems supporting grants processes.
• Ensure global consistency and compliance with industry standards (PhRMA, OIG, ACCME, Sunshine Act, etc.).
• Support continuous process improvement and manage other grant types as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP-C).
• 7–10 years of industry experience, including 5+ years in medical education grants.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Skilled in project management, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with grants systems and vendor management.
