Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

As a Medical Payment Poster , you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our billing process runs smoothly and efficiently. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately entering payments, reconciling payments, and addressing any payment denials to maintain the flow of medical billing and coding practices. Whether it's processing EFTs, credit card charges, or checks, your attention to detail will be critical in handling all aspects of payment posting.

To excel in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in medical payment posting and strong knowledge of medical billing and coding practices. Proficiency with billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a typing speed of 50 wpm will help you thrive in our fast-paced, team-driven environment.
