Key Responsibilities

· Process and manage a pipeline of residential mortgage loans from multiple originators

· Review loan applications for completeness and compliance

· Collect and verify all borrower documentation, including income, assets, and credit

· Communicate with clients, loan officers, underwriters, and title companies

· Submit complete, accurate files to underwriting and track progress through closing

· Resolve conditions and ensure deadlines are met

· Maintain organized, compliant files within company systems

What You’ll Bring

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor

· Must have brokerage experience - not a bank or direct lender

· Proven ability to manage multiple files and relationships at once

· Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through

· Strong attention to compliance and documentation accuracy

· Stable work history with long-term commitment to employers
