As Nurse Manager Maternal Services, you will be a vital component of a large acute care facility that offers a full range of care. This Hospital prides itself in offering innovative and state of the art patient care to the surrounding community, and has won many prestigious awards and distinctions.
With an experienced Mother Baby, Women's Services, and Postpartum support team working under them, the RN Manager Mother Baby will have the proper resources necessary to ensure that their departments are operating at the highest level and all goals are being met. The RN Manager Mother Baby will oversee the hospital’s postpartum and nursery units, which comprises thirty full time employees. The Nurse Manager Maternal Services will be supported by an Assistant Nurse Manager and will report to the Director of Women’s Services.
As Mother Baby Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative and clinical operations, aiding with development of department budgets and fiscal operations, staffing and hiring, developing and implementing departmental procedures, and monitoring and evaluating staff performance. The Nurse Manager Mother Baby will be an experienced nursing leader with an acute care hospital Women’s Services Background.
