🔧 About the Role:

As the Project Manager, you'll take the lead on-site, managing the full lifecycle of this adaptive reuse project-from pre-construction planning to final delivery. This is a unique opportunity to work on a mission-driven project while becoming an owner-operator in a 100% employee-owned company .

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of construction for the veteran housing conversion project.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and local officials.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA standards, and HUD guidelines.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration on-site.

✅ Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily or adaptive reuse construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, permitting, and inspections.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with veteran housing or community-focused projects is a plus.
