• 3 APRNS that help with office, dialysis and hospital rounds
• Offices in Bloomfield, Enfield and Rocky Hill, Connecticut
• Hospitals: Trinity St Francis in Hartford, CT

• Research opportunities are available, as additional ways to earn money independent of salary
• Supported by a physician hospital organization which manages our ACO and negotiates contracts with Payors
• Involved in resident education: round at St Francis, a teaching affiliate of the UCONN residency program
• Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible and licensed/eligible to be licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut
