Shift: Days - Mon - Fri , (8:00AM to 5:00PM)

Position Summary

The Clinical RN Manager is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of exceptional ambulatory clinic care and the maintenance of efficient clinic operations at WelbeHealth. Reporting directly to the Clinical Services Director (CSD), this role entails organizing and directing day-to-day operations, overseeing clinic staff, and coordinating clinic workflows to guarantee the provision of effective clinical services. A focus on people development, management, and high-level nursing care is crucial. The Clinical RN Manager is responsible for the overall function of the clinic and its team, ensuring adherence to policies and workflows by all members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the clinic to ensure high performance, safety, and workflow efficiency, maintaining clear protocols.
• Hire, retain, and develop the RN Case Managers, Clinic RNs, Medical Assistants, and other clinic staff, promoting engagement and well-being.
• Analyze clinic data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement, making strategic recommendations to the CSD.
• Oversee the delivery and documentation of nursing and clinic staff interventions, ensuring compliance with participants' care plans.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of service coordination and clinical services in collaboration with medical leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
• Lead clinical and nursing elements during CMS/DHCS audits, in partnership with the CSD and Quality Improvement Director.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans for ongoing compliance.

Skills and Experience:

Required:

• At least three (3) years of experience managing ambulatory clinic operations, including supervising RN, LVN, and MA staff.
• At least two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting serving frail or elderly populations.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.

Certifications & Licensure:

• Must have an unencumbered RN state license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in quality improvement initiatives and compliance audits is highly desirable.
• Advanced leadership training or certifications
