School Occupational Therapist (OT)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated School Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services to middle and high school students in a supportive school setting. The OT will manage a mixed caseload and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in grades 6–12
• Manage a caseload of approximately 39 students
• Deliver both direct services and consultative support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Complete documentation in compliance with school and state requirements

Caseload & Classroom Details

• Classroom Type: Middle School / High School
• Service Model: Direct therapy services and consultation
• Student Caseload: 39 students

Schedule

• Hours: 37 hours per week

Qualifications

• Valid New Hampshire Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
