The Onboarding Specialist will facilitate employee onboarding activities for our temporary personnel in various locations nationwide.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process application and employee onboarding packets for temporary employees within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Avionte.
• Administer background and drug screenings as required by client.
• Process I-9 verifications and E-Verify
• Communicate via email, phone, and text to candidates.
• Provide candidate support through the process from start to finish
• Ensure that onboarding processes are followed, and files are compliant with federal and applicable state laws
Qualification Requirements:
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish), required
• Excellent communication skills oral and written
• Effective problem solver
• skills to interact and service both customers and temporary associates.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to shift priorities and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Avionte or similar ATS, a plus but not required
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree, preferred
2+ years of administrative or staffing work experience
2+ years of customer service experience
Skills:
Language: Will help support recruiters with required documents for their candidates. Strong communication skills, sense of urgency and willingness to learn new things.
Reasoning: Can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. High attention to detail.
Software: Computer literacy (MS Office applications, primarily Word, Excel and Outlook)
Other: Professional appearance is required.
