We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our industrial ice cream manufacturing facility. This role is critical in optimizing production processes, ensuring machinery efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to enhance factory operations.
Role OverviewThe Operations Manager will lead production, process optimization, and machinery oversight to drive efficiency, minimize downtime, and maximize product quality. This position reports directly to the Head of Operations and requires hands-on experience in factory layouts, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Miami-based industrial ice cream manufacturing facility.
