Job Description

Job Title: General Orthopedic Surgeon

Location: Nassau County, NY

Facility: Outpatient Center

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)

Compensation: Up to $750,000 First Year (Base Salary + Incentives)

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide non-surgical and surgical management of a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to:
• Fractures
• Sports injuries
• Arthritis
• Joint pain
• Sprains and strains
• Perform outpatient orthopedic procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices.
• Maintain a Monday to Friday full-time schedule.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Valid New York State medical license.
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with outpatient procedures is highly desired.
