Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities in the fasteners and hardware sector.
• Manage and nurture relationships with current accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Present products and services effectively to potential clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries with honesty and a commitment to follow through on finding answers.
• Stay informed about industry trends and the companys expanding product lines, including the upcoming e-commerce launch.
• Travel as required to meet with clients and prospects, supported by a gas card and company-provided cellphone.
