Chronic Pain Management (Medical Management Only)

Premier Pain Centers is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our established, multi-site pain management practice in Ennis, Texas. This role is focused on chronic pain medical management only within a collaborative, physician-led pain program.
Position Highlights
• Outpatient clinic role
• Medical management of chronic pain patients
• Opioid management following structured practice protocols
• No procedural requirements
• Procedures performed by fellowship-trained interventional pain physicians
• Supportive clinical infrastructure including MA, scheduling, and prior authorization teams
Compensation & Benefits
• $300,000 annual salary

Location
Ennis is the main location.
The commute to the Corsicana location is 25 minutes from Ennis and the Gun Barrel location is 40 minutes from Ennis.
Candidate Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Texas medical license (or eligibility)
• DEA registration
• Interest in chronic pain management and longitudinal patient care
