Job Description

Stock Associate:

Daily Operations:

• Daily Shipment
• Shipment of all daily online orders via Apparel Magic
• Apparel Magic Inventory
• MTO check responses for your store location
• Receiving stock
• Ensure the correct goods/numbers are received, processed on Apparel Magic, checked to see if needed on the sales floor, and stored according to company protocol
• Slack
• Stock check communication in #stock-check channel
• Assisting Sales team
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Retrieve items from stockroom at client or team member request
• Stock organization
• Constant organization as needed for all back of house

Weekly Operations:

• Laundry + Damages:
• Inspection of all Laundry
• Inspection of all Damages for brand and 3rd party retail brands
• Supplies check
• Check on the needed supplies for front of house, back of house, with communication to your SM
• Is able to understand lead times for products in order for the store to always be stocked
• Pricing updates
• Assist in all price markdowns or changes communicated via SM

Monthly Operations:

• Shipping Mistakes meeting with CSM and SM

Communication:

• Completing section of Store EOD Summary at the end of each shift
• Any and all order/shipping related issues via #shipping-procedures Slack Channel
• Strong communication with Store Manager on any call outs

Qualifications + Skills:

• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift 25-30 pounds
• Strong communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Primarily a Monday-Friday role with some potential weekends as needed
• Availability to work before or after regular store hours as needed
• Knowledge of Shopify, Slack, Apparel Magic preferred
