PARTNER MARKETING SPECIALIST – Entry Level (Meridian, ID)

We are seeking a talented individual for the role of Partner Marketing Specialist. This is a full time position. Candidates must live in the service area and report to the Meridian office or other locations as needed to perform job duties. This role reports to the Marketing Director.

The Partner Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and coordinating major annual events, securing sponsorship from our manufacturing partners, build relationships with partners, and lead efforts of the Partner Marketing Specialist specific job functions.

The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, has incredible attention to detail, the ability to successfully manage projects in varying stages of completion in a fast-paced industry, is a team player and willing to learn new skills, and has a genuine interest in the IT/Technology industry. Work schedule is typically Monday through Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) with occasional meetings or events outside of regular business hours. Travel required 10-15% of the time during weekdays. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report pipeline generating events with manufacturing partner(s), including event logistics, pre- and post-event communications with attendees, and follow up communication with manufacturing partner(s) and maintaining regular cadence calls
• Plan, execute, and report lead generating campaigns with internal team and manufacturing partner(s) and work with Sales to yield best results
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Executives, Engineers, Inside Sales, and MSP team members to ensure campaign success
• Utilize skills for content creation for both internal and external purposes while maintaining consistent RSI branding throughout each platform
• Meet with partners, vendors and RSI team members in-office, onsite and remotely as required to perform job duties effectively
• Manage social content calendar
• Optimized content creation for our blog and make any necessary website content or maintenance updates
• Other work-related duties as assigned by the Marketing Director

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and/or at least 1 year of experience in the Marketing field
• Knowledge and experience with working in a CRM database
• Demonstrable exposure to leading and managing marketing database, email automation, and social media
• Knowledge and skill in writing copy and creating quality marketing collateral
• Ability to measure and track the outcomes of campaigns and events
• Event planning experience required
• Background experience within IT/technology companies preferred
• Knowledge of SEO preferred. Willingness to learn if candidate does not have the knowledge.
• Candidate must have a valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance
