Ed Voyles is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Parts Manager to lead our dynamic parts department. We’re looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a team-focused, fast-paced dealership environment and is ready to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all parts department operations, including inventory control, ordering, and vendor relations
Support the service and collision departments by ensuring timely availability of parts
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing parts team
Ensure excellent internal and external customer service
Maintain accurate records and manage departmental KPIs and performance goals
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a dealership parts department; leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Team-first mindset and outstanding communication abilities
Experience with parts management systems and inventory control
Ability to manage priorities in a busy and evolving environment
A passion for delivering excellence in customer service
