Full Time | Joslin Diabetes Center, Boston, MA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (No weekends!)

At Joslin Diabetes Center, we’re dedicated to improving lives through expert diabetes care and compassionate service. As a Patient Services Representative in our Adult Clinic, you’ll be the welcoming face that helps patients feel supported from the moment they arrive.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
• Register and schedule appointments using our electronic systems
• Verify insurance coverage and inform patients of financial responsibilities
• Collect co-pays and process related paperwork
• Coordinate referrals and authorizations as needed
• Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and team members
• Maintain patient confidentiality and support a positive clinic flow

What You Bring

• 2+ years’ experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service
• Familiarity with registration/scheduling systems and insurance basics
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• A helpful attitude and team spirit
