Pediatrician Opportunity in Casa Grande, AZ

We are seeking a Pediatrician, open to both new graduates and experienced professionals, to join our dynamic healthcare team. Our practice is committed to providing comprehensive pediatric care, utilizing the latest medical practices and technologies within a supportive and collaborative environment. This position requires a candidate who is Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.

Salary and Benefits

• Annual Salary: $153,400 - $245,440, dependent on experience (DOE) + RVU Productivity bonuses

Responsibilities

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• No On-Call
• Setting: Outpatient with potential inpatient opportunities
• Duties: Provide full-spectrum pediatric care, including well-child visits, acute care, and management of chronic conditions. Engage in preventive care, vaccinations, growth and development monitoring, and parental guidance. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced pediatricians
• Certification: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Skills: Strong commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive pediatric care, excellent clinical skills, and effective communication with both children and parents
• Licensure: Active and clear medical license in the State of Arizona
