PERSONAL / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT:
Seeking a personal/executive assistant to provide support to high profile talent.
CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have entertainment and or administrative experience and be very efficient and highly attentive to the smallest of details. Multi-tasking and working on tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment is crucial. No task is too small and no challenge too great.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
· Coordinate and maintain the personal and professional calendar, including all reservations, personal appointments, conference calls, events and meetings.
· Organize and execute the daily schedule including, but not limited to emails, calls, appointments, and appearances.
· Running personal and professional errands as needed.
· Research, arrange and coordinate all travel arrangements, both nationally and internationally, via private air travel as well as commercial.
· Handle all requests diligently, including errands, personal shopping and gift-giving.
· Liaison daily with Managers, Attorneys, Publicists, Business Managers, Agents and Television Executives.
· Special projects – EX: closet organization overhaul - sorting, selling, donating old clothing, etc.
· Liaison with outside vendors for support and/or maintenance issues.
· Assist VP of Brand Operations on an as need basis, including the following:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Reliable, flexible, charismatic and highly organized individual that operates with the utmost discretion at all times.
· Adept at problem-solving, with a proven ability to quickly grasp issues and to adjust rapidly to changing priorities.
· Expert ability to manage multiple projects at any given time, through all phases from inception to completion, as well as navigate through pre-determined and unforeseen challenges.
· Strong attention to detail, while always maintaining a view of the ‘bigger picture’.
· Ability to establish and maintain excellent rapport, as well as interface successfully with others from all levels and backgrounds.
· Extensive knowledge in the etiquette of social, business and/or personal conduct in representing my employer in all aspects of their life.
· Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of companies we work with
· Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
· Superior oral, phone and written communication skills.
· Must be dog-friendly
· Must have reliable transportation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience working across multiple time zones
· Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
· Can handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
