Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate claims, conduct client interviews, and provide strategic case assessments
• Draft and file complaints, motions, and discovery materials
• Oversee and execute all discovery phases, including depositions and interrogatories
• Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings, trials, and mediations
• Lead settlement negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
• Collaborate with medical and liability experts to build compelling case presentations
• Monitor litigation timelines, budget, and billing for each matter

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to and in good standing with the New York State Bar
• Demonstrated success managing PI matters through trial or resolution
• Skilled in litigation writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy
• Client-focused, organized, and results-driven
