Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee all operations at our Southfield facility. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of execution, reliability, and a passion for excellence. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a dedicated team, and driving performance to achieve our business goals.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of the location’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Customer Experience: Uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service by ensuring every customer interaction is positive and professional.
  • Sales Management: Drive sales performance by setting targets, implementing strategies, and promoting products and services to meet business goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of repair quality, customer service, and operational processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and analyze data to make informed decisions and improve operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team.
