Job Title: Plaintiff Employment Attorney

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote)

Our client is a premier plaintiff-side law firm dedicated to fighting for justice in employment and consumer protection matters. Based in Los Angeles, CA, our firm prides itself on providing aggressive advocacy and achieving outstanding results for employees who have been wronged in the workplace.

They are seeking an experienced Labor And Employment Attorney to join their growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advocate for employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side employment class action matters, including pre-litigation and litigation phases.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Take and defend depositions, attend court hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff employment law
  • Strong litigation skills, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180k - $400k annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
