Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Maintenance Supervisor located in Manheim, PA. The Plant Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, implementing preventive maintenance plans, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. Supervising a team of maintenance technicians, the Supervisor will ensure that maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and safely to support continuous operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance roles within a food processing and manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems .
• Proficiency with CMMS software for maintenance management.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and troubleshooting automated systems.
• Prior experience managing or supervising a team of maintenance professionals.
• Project management experience , with the ability to lead and execute capital improvement projects and equipment installations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues quickly.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
