Position Overview
The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in all processes. This role requires strong leadership to manage plant staff, optimize production, and implement best practices in manufacturing.

• Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and reduce lead times.
• Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff to enhance performance and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Analyze production data and implement improvements to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Manage supply chain activities, including inventory control and procurement of materials.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and maintenance, to ensure operational success.
• Utilize ERP systems like NetSuite for reporting and tracking performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in plant management or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
