Growing Manufacturing firm in Sparks, NV has a need for a Plant Manager. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package and relocation.

Responsibilities:

• Promote a culture of safety and enforce safety protocols and procedures
  
• Recruit, train, and supervise plant staff, fostering a collaborative work environment
  
• Develop and manage the plant budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities
  
• Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in processes and performance metrics
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements
  
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues
  
• Analyze financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives
  
• Foster a culture of innovation and creativity to stay ahead of industry trends
  

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
  
• Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
  
• Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  
• Experience in leading lean manufacturing operations
