As the Plant Manager, you will…

• Drive strategy deployment for plant initiatives and growth.
• Lead the plant to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Develop and manage the plant budget effectively.
• Stay familiar with the competitive environment.
• Ensure proper inventory, production control scheduling, shipping/receiving logistics, and quality procedures.
• Lead Lean initiatives to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to leverage our technologies, systems, products, services, and processes.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
• Promote team concepts, coach, mentor, and manage talent to foster a culture of accountability and results.

As the Plant Manager, you must have…

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
