Ragle, Inc. concentrates primarily on highway and bridge construction but also performs work in deep excavation, grading, and pipe work. We are very pleased to announce that Ragle Inc. is seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator who is interested in working for an established company with great advancement opportunities. Role Summary:

The Preconstruction Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the procurement and startup phases of construction projects. This role ensures smooth communication and documentation between Ragle, Inc., subcontractors, vendors, and project owners—especially in TxDOT and public works environments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend procurement, handover, readiness, and preconstruction meetings
  • Create and distribute Letters of Intent (LOIs) based on Procurement Meeting outcomes
  • Generate, distribute, and ensure execution of Purchase Orders (POs) and Subcontracts
  • Maintain and update Project Startup and Contact Lists
  • Track and maintain current Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for all subcontractors
  • Send out credit applications to vendors as needed
  • Complete and distribute Job Information and Sales Tax Exemption forms
  • Submit required subcontractor documentation to TxDOT and other Owners for approval
  • Prepare and send preconstruction paperwork to clients
  • Assemble and prepare TxDOT Bulletin Board documentation
  • Maintain organized digital and physical project folders
  • Manage subcontractor certified payroll submissions and maintain LCP Tracker data
  • Coordinate employee setup for railroad training programs
  • Serve as a liaison between the Owner and Ragle/Select personnel
  • Assist with other administrative and project coordination duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a construction administrative or coordination role preferred
  • Familiarity with TxDOT processes and documentation is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and document management systems
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Positive team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
