Title:   Procurement Specialist
Location:   Redmond, WA – onsite  
Duration:  3 months with potential for extension
Compensation:  $40.00-43.00/hr  
Work Requirements:   U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:
As a   Procurement Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting the maintenance and operations of ground antennas for a major satellite broadband project. The position requires someone with strong project management skills, who can manage timelines and supplier performance to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure ground antenna locations are progressing on schedule.
• Maintain and update Smartsheet for project schedules, resource management, and status reporting.
• Create and maintain reports tracking supplier performance and overall project success.
• Work with service-oriented suppliers for services like landscaping, pest control, snow removal, and generator maintenance.
• Oversee multiple projects and timelines using tools like Smartsheet and Coupa.
• Handle MSA and Work Order creation for RFPs.
• Develop and track key metrics to drive project and supplier performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, overseeing multiple projects and timelines.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet for project planning and collaboration.
• Expertise in using Coupa or similar cost tracking tools.
• Hands-on experience with MSA and Work Order creation, particularly for handling RFPs.
• Strong background in working with service-oriented suppliers.
• Solid understanding of purchasing, sourcing, and operations processes.
• Experience in reporting, developing, and analyzing key performance metrics.
