LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join their team. You will be responsible for sourcing and managing inventory for chemicals and related industrial products. You’ll work closely with vendors (including major fluid chemical suppliers) to negotiate pricing, manage lead times, and ensure product availability. This is a hands-on role where your Excel skills and ERP experience will be put to good use in forecasting, cost control, and process improvement.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (4-day work week!), occasional over-time offered to work on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of production employees on the shop floor.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment.
• Monitor productivity and quality standards across multiple production lines.
• Train team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years in a production supervisory role within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to interpret technical instructions and solve practical problems.
• Strong communicator and team motivator.
• Analytical thinker with a knack for problem-solving.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a production setting.
• Committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Compensation Range: $75,000-$85,000
