Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Night Shift

Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and results-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our industrial manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and driving operational efficiency on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment and process performance, ensuring optimal utilization and minimal downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and inventory tracking.
• Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and other operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment, production scheduling, and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as needed.
