Job Description

As a Commercial and Residential Cleaner you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of commercial and residential properties. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks including dusting vacuuming sweeping mopping and disinfecting surfaces in common areas offices residential complexes and other designated areas.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager
• Dust sweep mop and vacuum floors as needed
• Clean and sanitize restrooms kitchens and common areas
• Empty and clean trash receptacles
• Clean windows glass surfaces and mirrors
• Restock cleaning supplies as necessary
• Report maintenance issues to the supervisor or manager
• Follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and team members

Requirements:

• Ability to handle and operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners mops and brooms
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including standing walking bending and lifting heavy objects if required
• Good communication customer serviceand interpersonal skills
• Valid drivers license and accessible vehicle
