• We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our IT Application Rationalization Program. This role focuses on assessing, consolidating, and optimizing the state’s application portfolio to reduce redundancy, lower costs, and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to drive application consolidation, modernization, and contract restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the IT Application Rationalization roadmap.
• Oversee assessment and inventory of the application portfolio (usage, costs, and functionality).
• Identify and recommend consolidation, modernization, or decommissioning strategies.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to align application usage with organizational goals.
• Track and report KPIs, risks, and progress to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in program/project management, with 3+ years leading IT application rationalization initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, application lifecycle management, and enterprise architecture.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
