Are you a dynamic and proactive individual eager to make an impact in international affairs? We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager to join our International Affairs department at a prestigious research institution.

As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in advancing our renowned international programs. You will work closely with our operations team, providing comprehensive support to a range of programs and initiatives aimed at fostering global understanding and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer administrative support to a diverse portfolio of programs and initiatives.
Participate actively in team meetings, sharing your expertise and contributing to operational success.
Collaborate with Program Directors and the Executive Director to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Assist with special projects, demonstrating your adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Support broader department goals, promoting global engagement and teamwork.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Three to five years of related work experience.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

This position requires on-campus work to ensure accessibility to the community.
The role involves working with minors and driving university-owned vehicles, so a valid Driver's License and a good driving record are required.
The position is funded by soft dollars and does not include severance.
