bldg.collective architecture + design is a full-service architecture and interior design firm headquartered in Boulder, Colorado and Ketchum, Idaho. We are primarily focused on delivering high end custom residential projects throughout the front range of Colorado and the Wood River Valley of Blaine County, Idaho. Role Description

The Architectural Project Architect / Project Designer will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects from start to finish, including generating design and presentation material, client presentations, preparing and managing project timelines, overseeing specifications, generating construction drawings, and ensuring compliance with permitting and code requirements. This is a full-time on-site role located in Boulder, CO.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-8 years of high end residential project experience.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and client expectations.
  • Beginning to end experience in developing architectural design through and construction drawings, detailing, and construction administration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and be self motivating
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Strong proficiency in Revit
