Position Overview :
The Project Coordinator/Assistant will support the Project Manager in tracking data and managing documents related to solar development and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Smartsheet, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Project Manager in organizing and managing project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist with tracking and maintaining project data, documents, and reports.
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Schedule and attend meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues or discrepancies in project data.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, Office 365 is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with solar development and construction projects is a plus.
Education:
- High School Diploma
