💼 Structural Steel Project Manager (with Estimating Responsibilities)

📍 Location: Nashville, TN area (office-based with local field visits)

💰 Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 base + ~20% annual performance bonus

💪 Experience: 3+ years in structural steel project management or estimating

About the Role

Take charge of structural steel projects from award to completion! You’ll manage schedules, budgets, and client coordination while overseeing fabrication, detailing, and erection activities. This is a hands-on role that blends project management and estimating — ideal for someone who enjoys both office planning and field problem-solving.

Your work will include coordinating with detailers, erectors, and general contractors, handling small-scale change orders, performing field measurements for retrofits, and ensuring all projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing or estimating structural steel projects
• Knowledge of steel fabrication, components, and erection methods
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working from paper drawings and Excel (minimal software use)
• Hands-on field experience (measuring, troubleshooting, coordinating)
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and practical — no big egos
• Preferred: Negotiation experience for change orders, OSHA 30, or BIM familiarity
