Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Superintendent, based in Panama City, FL. The Project Superintendent will manage daily on-site construction activities, ensure quality control and safety standards are upheld, and oversee scheduling and project timelines. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, serving clients, monitoring construction progress, procuring materials, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and regulations. The Project Superintendent will serve as the key point of contact on-site, fostering communication between team members and stakeholders. This job is on site in Panama City, FL. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• Experience running job sites
• Strong Supervisory and leadership skills, including the ability to manage and motivate construction teams effectively
• Experience in Commercial and Residential Construction and knowledge of practices and processes in the field specifically in regards to windows, doors and siding
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Construction Safety to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Skills in Budgeting and project cost management to effectively oversee expenditures
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients
• Ability to manage multiple job sites at once
• Competency in pulling large trailers
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing up to 100 lbs on a consistent basis. Candidates must be able to perform these physical functions safely and repeatedly as part of daily job duties
• Knowledge of construction software and project management tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in construction management or related fields are a plus
