About the Role:
As a key member of our network development team, you will play a vital role in expanding and maintaining our network of high-quality dental providers. You will be responsible for recruiting, contracting, and onboarding dentists and specialists across your assigned territory.
What You'll Do:
Recruit and Onboard: Actively prospect, recruit, and onboard new dental providers, including general dentists and specialists.
Network Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dental organizations of all sizes, from small practices to large groups.
Provider Relations: Conduct office evaluations and audits, address provider concerns, and provide ongoing support and training.
Network Management: Analyze network performance, identify gaps, and develop strategies to ensure our network meets the needs of our members.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider information in our internal systems.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams across the company to achieve shared goals.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve network performance, enhance provider satisfaction, and streamline processes.
Travel: Extensive travel within your assigned territory is required.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in provider network development, sales, account management, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Dental Knowledge: Prior experience in a dental office or with dental insurance is highly desirable.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Organizational & Analytical Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Travel: Ability to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
