We're in search of an Associate Account Executive poised to elevate their career at ANDER & Co. The ideal candidate embodies diligence, adaptability, charisma, sociability, and organization, with strong writing skills.

The position entails collaborating in a (hybrid) environment to represent some of the most recognizable brands in real estate, professional services, healthcare, and hospitality. Think a 500-acre Ritz-Carlton Residences, Michelin-starred restaurants, the world's first residences by the ELLE brand, and contemporary law firms. Our success hinges on a blend of creative thinking and business acumen, crafting the perfect formula that makes people pay attention.

REQUIRED SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1-year of experience in a PR agency environment; this can include internship experience
• Bachelor's degree in public relations or similar communications field
• Fluent in English, speech and writing; Spanish or Portuguese a plus
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Detail-oriented, creative and possess strong critical thinking skills
• Graphic design and video capabilities a plus
• MUST BE LOCATED IN OR RELOCATING TO SOUTH FLORIDA TO BE CONSIDERED

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Juggle multiple clients and tasks
• Oversee client scheduling and account organization
• Collaborate daily in a team environment
• Engage with journalists + story pitching; cultivate media relationships, monitor press coverage and develop media lists
• Write press releases, PR documents and collateral
• Engage in social media strategy, post schedules and campaign development
• Contribute ideas and creativity to client work
• Conceptualizing and coordinating client events
• Assisting with experiential marketing and influencer partnerships for client activations
• Assist in administrative work to learn business operations
• Shadow company management and senior-level team
